In addition to the two Karbener 1890 teams, 174 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 43 different groups, whereof Karbener SV 1890 1 could be found in Group 28 together with Älvängens IK, Prep School Lions Purple and Islingby IK 2. Karbener SV 1890 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Utsiktens BK with 3-4. In the Final, Makati FC won over Utsiktens BK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13.
