Seleccion Edo. de Mex

Seleccion Edo. de Mex was one of 25 clubs from Mexico that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Seleccion Edo. de Mex, 82 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Seleccion Edo. de Mex could be found in Group 7 together with Landvetter IS, IF VP Uppsala and Jusball FC. Seleccion Edo. de Mex continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against TSV Altenholz with 2-5. In the Final, Vita Youth 3 won over FC Black Stars Basel and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. The area around does also provide 22 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: Evolution Futbol Academy, CF Interclubes Mexico, Rayados Tecamachalco, Real Sociedad Chihuahua, Nido Valle Dorado, Atletico Echegaray, IFAC, Atletico Real Morelos, Tec. de Monterrey and Intercups MX).
