They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof Prep School Lions Sky could be found in Group 6 together with Vicente del Bosque Academy Blue, IFK Stocksund 1 and Backatorp IF 1. Prep School Lions Sky continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Prep Schools Pumas Green with 5-6. In the Final, Prep School Lions Navy won over Culver City Football Club and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
