They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof CYDF Youth Football Team could be found in Group 1 together with FUT FEM STARS, Örgryte IS 1 and Askims IK 2. CYDF Youth Football Team continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Makati FC with 1-3. In the Final, Makati FC won over Hammarby IF 3 and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 12.
